Koala Tea started as a quiet conviction: that the best tea and the finest baked goods shouldn't require a trip downtown. In the heart of Scranton, on Wyoming Avenue, we built a space where patience is the primary ingredient.
Our teas are sourced from single-estate gardens and blended in-house, small batch by small batch. Our pastries are shaped by hand each morning — no mixers on autopilot, no frozen shortcuts. Just flour, butter, time, and the kind of attention that turns a simple scone into something worth stopping for.
Whether you're grabbing a quick cup between errands or settling in for an afternoon with a fresh-baked tart and a pot of oolong, we've made this place for folks who notice the difference.
